About
Stacey has been practicing law in Central Virginia for over fifteen years. She handles all sizes of estates, and assists clients with estate and trust administration and the probate process. Her real estate practice includes commercial and residential real estate transactions, leases, purchases and sales, title disputes, conveyances, and partitions. She assists businesses with formation, annual maintenance, asset and ownership transactions, lease negotiations and employment matters, represents homeowners’ associations, and serves as general counsel to several regional businesses.
She combines her corporate experience in risk management for a major national bank with her private practice experience to offer clients a balanced, practical approach to legal representation. She considers the long-term representation of her clients to be one of the most rewarding aspects of her practice. Formerly a resident of Crozet, she fell in love with an old Victorian and now lives in Staunton with her husband and three daughters. Weekends are spent cheering on several Augusta United teams, camping, or enjoying Staunton's locally owned businesses.
